Planning Ahead
3 Documents You Need
-

01 | Will
Your Will states who receives your assets, who looks after your estate (your executor) and who you’d like to care for children and even pets.
-
02 | Enduring Power of Attorney
This document allows someone you trust to handle your money and property if you can’t. For example after an accident or illness you may appoint someone to this role to be an extra layer of support and also security.
-

03 | Appointment of Enduring Guardian
This allows someone you appoint and trust to make health, medical and living decisions for you. This only takes effect if you lose the capacity to make decisions for yourself.
