“Planning for the future is important. Speak with our team to discuss your estate planning needs and arrange a consultation.”

Planning Ahead
3 Documents You Need

  • Two people sitting at a table using laptops with glasses of water, notebooks, and a pen. In the background, there are two vases with white calla lilies and a wooden panel.

    01 | Will

Your Will states who receives your assets, who looks after your estate (your executer) and who you’d like to care for children and even pets.

  • Person flipping through a notebook with fabric samples on a wooden table, surrounded by various ceramic and stone objects.

02 | Enduring Power of Attorney

This document allows someone you trust to handle your money and property if you can’t. For example after an accident or illness you may appoint someone to this role to be an extra layer of support and also security.

  • Two people shaking hands against a plain background.

03 | Appointment of Enduring Guardian

This allows someone you appoint and trust to make health, medical and living decisions for you. This primarily falls to when you lose the capacity to make decisions for yourself.

  • Names and contact details for the executor(s) and beneficiaries

  • Any existing Will or Power of Attorney

  • Your wishes for guardians if you have young children

  • Life insurance and super beneficiaries nominations
